Description:
Non-profit community based organization. Responsible for coordinating the job search/placement process for the skills training division. Coordinate job retention and job re-placement for skills training customers. Develop strong working relationships with existing and new employers in selected sectors. Support the job development operations in other programs.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Job Developer; or two to three years experience working with a disadvantaged population; sales/marketing experience a plus. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus; individuals with a creative background are encouraged to apply.
